Congratulations to BBS Associate, Ashley Myers, for a successful defense verdict in a recent jury trial in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. Plaintiff claimed permanent and serious cervical and lumbar spine injuries, including an annular tear and radiculopathy. The jury found no negligence on her client and did not award the plaintiff any damages.
