Mr. Gelenitis is Of Counsel with the firm. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and is admitted to the practice in the United States Court for the District of New Jersey. He took his undergraduate education at Tufts University (B.A. magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa 1984) and his legal education at Seton Hall University (J.D. 1988). He has been engaged in private practice since 1988. From 1988 through 1991, he was associated with the Newark law firm of Horowitz, Bross, Sinis & Imperial concentrating in the areas of personal injury and workers compensation.
He concentrates in defense of personal injury matters, insurance coverage and claims against public entities. He has been a litigator throughout his entire career. Approximately 95% of his practice is devoted to litigated matters.
