Congratulations to BBS Member Katie Frechette on Defense Verdict

Congratulations to BBS Member Katie Frechette for a successful verdict in a recent jury trial in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.  Despite allegations of permanent and serious spinal injuries, including disc herniations which require future treatment, the jury awarded only $6,000 in pain and suffering damages. The jury did not award damages for alleged future medical costs and future pain and suffering. Congratulations Katie!!
