BBS Member, Victoria M. Komarnicki spoke on the February 21, 2023 Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel panel "Investigating and Defending Sexual Torts". The program explored the best tactics to utilize to investigate these claims and what key information should be obtained as soon as a claim arises; what pitfalls to avoid; the discovery process and what information is needed by experts to evaluate the emotional distress claims typically asserted; and finally, defense strategies to appropriately defend these cases from a liability and damages standpoint.
