BBS Member Michael Gerstein Presenting at 2025 PA Insurance Fraud Conference

BBS member, Michael Gerstein will be presenting at the 2025 Pennsylvania Insurance Fraud Conference on April 16, 2025 in Hershey, PA. The title of the presentation is "Art of the Steal: Addressing Fraudulent Art-Related Claims.” This topic will address typical scams and schemes associated with fraudulent art claims touching upon how the art appraisal process works, how such pieces are covered in insurance policies, and all kinds of manifestations of fraud, such as forgeries, hoaxes, false certificates of authenticity, misrepresentations about the origin and prestige of an artist, and more.
