Robert B. Koehler is an associate at the firm’s Philadelphia office where he works with the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith team. Robert specializes in defending first party property claims. Robert is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Western District of Pennsylvania. Robert relies on his negotiation experience and utilizes a detail-oriented approach to obtain favorable results for his clients.
Robert earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh where he graduated magna cum laude. Robert then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego – School of Law as a recipient of the prestigious President’s Honor scholarship based on academic achievement. Robert has since obtained success representing businesses, insurance companies, and private individuals in a wide range of litigation matters.
