Joseph Campbell is of counsel in the firm’s Livingston office. Mr. Campbell has more than 26 years of experience as a trial attorney. His experience in civil litigation includes premises liability, product liability, automobile defense, construction defect, insurance coverage and bad faith. He also has extensive experience with complex personal injury matters involving wrongful death and survivorship claims. He regularly practices in State courts as well as the Federal courts. He has also handled cases at the appellate level, as well as several administrative courts such as the Division of Workers’ Compensation. Representative cases include Craggan v. Ikea, 332 N.J. Super. 53 (App. Div. 2000); Severino v. Malachi, 409 N.J. Super. 82 (App. Div. 2009).
