Victoria M. Komarnicki is a 1981 graduate of Temple University School of Law. In 1991 she joined Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLP as an associate and in January 1997 she was elected a partner. She heads the firm's medical malpractice and health care team and defends serious personal injury cases, including medical malpractice, pharmacy malpractice and products liability claims. She has successfully defended major Philadelphia hospitals and physicians against claims for malpractice. When not involved in medical matters, Vicky has also successfully defended complex defamation, automobile and premises liability matters.

Vicky enjoys analyzing cases with complicated medical and legal issues. She approaches trial with enthusiasm and believes each step in the defense of a case should be taken with a trial strategy in mind. She believes that if a case is well-prepared for trial, it will be won, or a favorable settlement will be achieved once her opponent realizes that the defense is serious about trying the case.
