Tom Klosinski joined Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLP in 2007 as an
associate in the Blue Bell and Lancaster offices. Prior to joining the
firm, Tom spent over seven years at a firm that focused on consumer litigation.
He has litigated many jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations. Prior
to this, he was employed as a claims representative for State Farm Insurance
Companies for over eleven years. While with State Farm, he handled various
types of claims, including property damage, bodily injury, subrogation
and medical payments.
Tom graduated from the Widener University School of Law in May of 1998. He is a member of both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
Originally from Philadelphia, Tom obtained his bachelors degree from West Chester University in 1987. Tom lives in Springfield, Delaware County, with his wife, Cathy, and their two children, Kyle and Elizabeth. In his spare time, Tom enjoys running and playing basketball.
