Samantha Desposito joined Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLP as an Associate in 2007. She is a member of the Bad Faith and Insurance Coverage team in the Philadelphia office.
Originally from Long Island, Sam came to Philadelphia to attend college and never looked back. She attended the University of Pennsylvania and graduated in 2002 with honors. While at Penn, Sam was a member and captain of the Women's Cross Country and Track teams.
After graduation, Sam worked as a paralegal at a Plaintiff's medical malpractice firm in Philadelphia for two years. She then attended the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, graduating with her J.D. in the Spring of 2007. While in law school, Sam was a member, and later an editor, of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. During her second year she also served as a Teaching Assistant to first year writing students.
After her second year at Temple Law Sam worked as a law clerk at Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg, LLP. Additionally she did a semester long clinical where she acted as a mediator in the Philadelphia Housing Court in order to help settle landlord/tenant disputes.
When she's not in the office, Sam enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, running and playing tennis.
