Meghan Flavin joined Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLP as an Associate in 2008. She defends premises liability and personal injury cases in the Philadelphia office. She is currently licensed in Pennsylvania
and New Jersey.
Meghan graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in 2001. While at
Georgetown, she studied psychology and mathematics. After graduation, Meghan
worked as a Consultant at a small health care consulting firm in Washington,
D.C. where she worked with state agencies and departments to develop services
for under-served populations.
Meghan then attended Villanova University School of Law, graduating with her
J.D. in the Spring of 2007. While in law school, Meghan was a staff writer,
and later, Managing Editor of Outside Articles of the Villanova Environmental
Law Journal. During her second year, Meghan worked as an extern for the Honorable
Susan P. Gantman in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
Following her second year at Villanova, Meghan worked as a law clerk at a
business law firm in Philadelphia. Additionally, she served as a certified
student attorney in the Villanova Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic where she represented
a minor alien in his immigration proceedings.
In her free time, Meghan enjoys running, spending time with family, friends
and her dog and cheering on Georgetown Hoyas basketball. Meghan and her family
also own a restaurant, which has been a Connecticut landmark since 1928.
