Danielle is an associate in the firm's Premises Liability and Construction Litigation Department. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997 from Franklin & Marshall College and her Juris Doctorate in 2000 from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.

Danielle has been a member of the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 2000 and divides her practice evenly between Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Prior to graduating from Dickinson, Danielle served as a law clerk for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in San Antonio, Texas and the Delaware Attorney General's Office in Wilmington. Additionally, Danielle worked as an extern for the Honorable Robert Woodside, United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania.

During law school Danielle served as Vice-President of Dickinson's chapter of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Vice-Dean of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, Minority Law Students Association liaison to the Student Bar Association and a member of Dickinson's National Environmental Law Moot Court Team.

Prior to joining the firm, Danielle worked at a healthcare law firm in Harrisburg and a Philadelphia insurance defense firm.

In her free time Danielle loves watching college basketball, taking pilates classes and spending time with family and friends.
