Chet focuses his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith matters, emphasizing bad faith cases involving excess verdicts, UM/UIM claims, CGL claims, medical payments and property claims. Chet also provides coverage opinions and engages in coverage litigation regarding environmental and toxic tort claims, trucking, professional liability claims, and CGL claims. Chet obtained this experience while working for nine years as an associate at two Philadelphia area firms. Prior to that Chet was a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph H. Kleinfelter in the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas. During law school, Chet was a clerk in the Chester County District Attorney's Office and for the Honorable Thomas G. Gavin, President Judge of the Chester County Court of Common Pleas. He is a gradate of Juniata College and the University of Akron School of Law. At Juniata College, he played varsity football and started as an offensive lineman for three years. Chet is also an Eagle Scout.

Chet is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. In his free time he enjoys camping, skiing and spending time with his two children.
